B\u00e5ten kan inte anv\u00e4ndas som s\u00e4kerhet\/pant f\u00f6r kredit, utan alla andelar k\u00f6pes\/s\u00e4ljes kontant.<\/p><p>Kostnaden f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rvalta b\u00e5ten \u00e4r ett f\u00f6rutbest\u00e4mt \u00e5rsbelopp d\u00e4r allt nedan \u00e4r inkluderat.
