Var finns båten?
Finns angivet här på webbsidan på båtens bokningssida.
Parkering
På Bullandö marina finns gott om parkering. Följ anvisningarna och betala avgift enligt skyltarna. Mycket prisvärd parkering.
I Gustavsberg finns fri parkering i hamnområdet. Max 1 bil per bokad båt! Vår personal visar var.
Hämtning av båten
Incheckningstid framgår på båtens sida här på webben.
Vi går igenom hyresavtal och nautiska intyg och tar depositionen. Vi kan ta depositionen via Swish eller kreditkort. EJ kontanter! Du kan behöva höja din dags-limit för att Swisha.
Vi går igenom er båt och dess funktioner samt besiktar båten tillsammans och noterar eventuella skador. Ni bör även själva kontrollera båten för ev skador och brister, precis som med en hyrbil, innan ni lägger ut. Efter att vi gått igenom båten har ni fri tillgång till bryggan och båten och kan lasta er packning i lugn och ro.
Utrustning ombord
Båten har utrustning enligt listan på båtens webbsida: Bobara båtar har även nedan som standard:
- Täcken är av singelmått, 200x150cm
- Diskmedel och tvål
- Disktrasa, disksvamp och diskborste
- Toalettpapper, minst 1 rulle
- Olja, kryddor och salt finns INTE.
Återlämning av båten
Tid för utcheckning framgår på båtens sida på här på webben och på hyresavtal/besiktningsprotokoll. Vid utcheckning skall båten vara helt färdig.
Den ska då vara tankad, städad (om ni inte beställt städtjänst) och utrymd på er packning. Vi möts vid er båt och går igenom den in- och utvändigt.
Om något inträffar under er vecka, tex om något går sönder eller ni tappar något, så måste ni meddela detta direkt! Att meddela detta först vid återlämning går inte. Vi måste ha tid och möjlighet att åtgärda bristen innan nästa hyresgäst.
Städning.
När båten lämnas skall den vara städad och klar, om inte städning beställts.
Städningen omfattar:
– dammsuga båtens inre utrymmen
– rengöring kylbox/skåp
– rengöring toalett och toalettank tömd
– våttorka ytor inne i båten med färskvatten och rengöringsmedel
– diska och torka köksutrustning och ställa tillbaka i skåp och lådor
– svabba och spola däck och sittbrunn med färskvatten
– töm båten på sopor
– ankare skall vara avsköljt och tampar kvajlade(hoplindade) och åter på samma plats
– flytvästar, vinschhandtag och liknande lös utrustning skall vara framlagt, som när du hämtade båten
På bryggan finns dammsugare och städutrustning samt rengöringsmedel. Tänk på att fler kan vilja städa båt samtidigt och att det därför kan bli lite väntan på dessa saker.
Städservice
Har ni beställt slutstädning så måste ni ändå göra nedan punkter innan utcheckning:
– tanka båtens bränsletank
– tömma septiktanken
– gasolflaskor bytta
– diska, men kan lämnas framme att torka
– kvajla (linda upp) linor och tampar
– töm båten på sopor
Om ni inte redan beställt slutstädning så går det bra att göra senast vid incheckning.
Pris slutstädning: 1500kr inkl moms.
Sjömack
Båten ska återlämnas med full bränsletank. Vattentanken behöver inte fyllas.
När du hyr på Bullandö marina, finns närmaste sjömack på en brygga alldeles innan vår brygga. Denna sjömack skall användas!
När du hyr i Gustavsberg, finns närmaste sjömack i Saltsjöbaden, vid KSSS:s seglarbryggor. Denna sjömack skall användas!

Here is practical information about the boat that you have rented via Nautilus Boat Club.
Where is the boat located?
You find this information on the page of your booked boat.
Parking
There is plenty of parking at Bullandö marina. Follow the instructions and pay the fee according to the signs! Very affordable parking.
In Gustavsberg there is free parking in the harbor area. Max 1 car per booked boat! Our staff will show you where.
Picking up the boat
Check-in time is stated on the boat’s page here on the webpage.
We review the rental agreement and nautical certificates and take the deposit. We can take the deposit via Swish or credit card. NO cash! You may need to increase your daily limit to Swisha.
We review your boat and its functions and inspect the boat together and note any damage. You should also check the boat yourself for any damage and defects, just like with a rental car, before you set off. After we have reviewed the boat, you have free access to the dock and the boat and can load your luggage in peace and quiet.
Equipment on board
The boat has equipment according to the list on the boat’s website: Livable boats also have the following as standard:
– Blankets are single size, 200x150cm
– Dishwashing detergent and soap
– Dish cloth, sponge and dish brush
– Toilet paper, at least 1 roll
– Oil, spices and salt are NOT included.
Returning the boat
The check-out time is stated on the boat’s page at www.nautilus.se and on the rental agreement/inspection report. When checking out, the boat must be completely finished.
It must then be refueled, cleaned (if you have not ordered a cleaning service) and emptied of your luggage. We will meet at your boat and go through it inside and out.
If something happens during your week, for example if something breaks or you lose something, you must notify us immediately! Notifying us only when you return it is not possible. We must have time and opportunity to remedy the deficiency before the next tenant.
Cleaning
When the boat is left, it must be clean and ready, unless cleaning has been ordered.
The cleaning includes:
– vacuuming the boat’s interior
– cleaning the cooler/cabinet
– cleaning the toilet and emptying the toilet tank
– wiping surfaces inside the boat with fresh water and cleaning agents
– washing and drying kitchen equipment and putting it back in the cabinets and drawers
– mopping and rinsing the deck and cockpit with fresh water
– emptying the boat of garbage
– the anchor must be rinsed and the ropes coiled (wound up) and returned to the same place
– life jackets, winch handles and similar loose equipment must be presented, as when you picked up the boat
There are vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment and cleaning agents on the dock. Keep in mind that more than one person may want to clean the boat at the same time and that there may therefore be a bit of a wait for these things.
Cleaning service
If you have ordered final cleaning, you must still do the following before checking out:
– fill the boat’s fuel tank
– empty the septic tank
– replace gas bottles
– wash the dishes, but can be left out to dry
– coil (wind up) lines and moorings
– empty the boat of garbage
If you have not already ordered final cleaning, it is possible to do it at the latest upon check-in.
Price final cleaning: 1500 SEK incl. VAT.
Refeuling/Gas station
The boat must be returned with a full fuel tank. The water tank does not need to be filled.
When you rent at Bullandö marina, the nearest gas station is on a pier just before our pier. This gas station must be used!
When you rent in Gustavsberg, the nearest gas station is in Saltsjöbaden, at the KSSS sailing piers. This gas station must be used!
